Default Rattling; Is it clutch related?

I got done installing a Centerforce in my car (Not the dual Friction) and also installed a NAPA throwout bearing and got teh flywheel resurfaced. The problem I'm having now is that the car rattles at odd intervals at the front, like something is loose. It makes noise while sitting around, and makes a little bit of a clunk while engaging. When you go over bumps or rough road, it makes noise too, but at high speed above 55, it doesen't make a peep. The noise is solid too, like metal to metal contact or some other hard surface. It sounds like exhaust, but I've checked the entire thing and its not hitting anywhere. Any Ideas?

EDIT: also, it rattles horribly on Startup and shutdown, and only after it has warmed up to operating temp.

Check the dust plate/inspection shield, I have had the same thing happen before. Pulled it of and reinstalled it andthe noise went away.
