Default drill mod

fella's, i know this is going to be a stupid question. all my life i've been a die hard a4 fan, but with my last street car the 4l60e was about like the 10 bolt after a few 1.5 60 fts. i recently purchased a 99 z with the t56. is the drill mod worth the time. if it is what piece and where is it located that i drill out or make bigger???? thanks alot
