Default Base circle of Futral cams?

Anyone know the base circle of Futral cams? I'm wondering if I should order some 7.4's to replace the stockers if the base circle is much smaller. Tried a search and no one had an answer. Anyone?

As opposed to stock PRs or aftermarket 7.35s? IIRC 7.4's are what futral offers in their spring / pushrod kits.

From what I've read here in the past the best would be 7.425 with non adjustable rockers.
7.40 work, and rely on the lifters to pickup the slack.

With adjustables then they narrow the slack by adjusting preload on the lifters.

The F13 I got has a base circle of 1.450.

I was reading a lot about lifter pre-load- seems like more is better- around .03-.06" is best. This is from Roger Vinci (who actually recommended more) and from seeing what the stocker were pre-loaded to. I ran about 1 turn (.030+" cold) with stock lifters and had no valvetrain noise.

Here is a post I made last week which will help you:
