Stuck between 3 & 5

Anyone ever have this problem? When im shifting fast in my M6, Sometimes i dont hit 3 right on the dot and it gets stuck between 3&5 while still not engaged. Whats goin on FELLAS.

P.S Stock trans.

Sounds like an damaged aftermarket shifter and /or socket.

This is how my car was before the Pro 5 shifter. I had the stock, non hurst shifter in my 2001. I don't think anything is broke, its just how it is with a factory shifter.
