I figured it would be good for ~550rwhp on a FI car. Curious what kind of rwhp people are seeing with these pumps. This new one in my car is running out at less then 500rwhp - I thought it would be enough but maybe not..

I think the QC varies from pump to pump. With a BAP I'm at 600.

M6 I assume? No BAP and I'm at 10-11psi with ported heads, headers and a '01 Z06 cam. I cant imagine this making more then 550 (m6 rwhp), its probably ~500rw dynojet with the th400 at the most right now. Fuel pressure is dropping off hard after 5900rpm and I seen 15:1 a/f (I have 57lb injectors and from 70% to 99% duty cycle the a/f doesnt change at high rpm. Luckily I had 110 fuel and the timing dropped back.

I hate to invest in a BAP if it isnt enough, unless this is making more power then i think it is - hate to waste the time on the dyno knowing its running out of fuel though

I'm at 568 with my new set-up . Pressure drops to 44-45 at WOT running out of fuel at 5,000 rpm's with the 42 # svo's . Im going to take my tuner's advice and look into meth. really soon .

T400 plus incon plus locked vig. What are you doing for a return line? I removed the stock regulator at the pump and installed a adjustable reg at the return line tee.

I'm dropping to 50 around 5000 but I can keep the a/f around 12:1 until it hits 5700 or so then the a/f just keeps climbing and the pressure drops to under 45. I'll have to doublecheck the lines and make sure nothing got kinked or crushed somewhere

Still the stock rails/regulator. I'm just looking for around 525 unlocked and I thought this would do it. Maybe I'll try a BAP and see if that will get me enough if everything looks OK under the car.

If you go with a FM FPR do you have to run a return line setup? I understand how the stock lines work with the FPR in the tank and the tee after the FPR but if you move it up front dont you have to run the return line after the FP?? I was going to do the EVAP/return line mod but my garage is going to stink like gas with no evap

Yep, you need a return line. Mine is mounted at the tee and uses the factory return line. Works better than I thought it would and easy to install.

I used Harlan's idea from 2000

http://www.harlan-engineering.com/incon/day3.html

The whole V6 line assembly was 50.00, the vent line was a little different so I kept my stock one and swapped the pressure and added the return line. Everything connects at the tank and filter perfect. I just took out the stock regulator and ran a hose to the sock like stock (98).

Makes for a nice clean install, the blue fitting is for the return, stock EVAP is hooked up so my garage wont stink. I am going to put an aeromotive compact EFI regulator on the RH front fuel rail and we'll see what happens. I upped my pulley so now I am at ~13psi of boost and with the regulator in the back and the BAP/racetronix its not keeping up at all.

If this doesnt work I'll get rid of the BAP/racetronix pump and do a dual 255 in the tank feeding the stock filter/lines. Should work fine with the regulator up front. The fuel deal on this car is really frustrating. My last ATI car had the stock pump + the little ATI inline and took 9psi and a 50 shot of nitrous with no problem on the stock lines/regulator

Its very possible this pump is bad as well, I got a lot of metal shavings out of the original and this second fuel filter when I emptied it - tank was flushed out before I installed the pump so I have no idea where all the metal is coming from.

Here is how I ended up doing the front mounted fuel regulator, quick and fairly cheap. Worked good enough for 10.42 @ 130 last night in a 3600lb FI car but I'll feel safer with more pump - never ends
