I am very close to my final VE tune. Do the top end numbers look right?

I've got the car to roughly 5500 without it falling into reduced power mode. Can't figure out why, the A/F and timing are decent and it just falls into R.P.M. I am trying to tune it to 7500, I usually shift at 7200-7300.
