Go with a single racetronix that is big enough for your fuel needs. The idea of dual pumps always bothered me, because if a pump goes out, you can still run hard enough to damage your engine before you realize the other pump quit. With a single pump, it either works or it doesn't.

When it comes to high HP there are pros and cons with either solution.
If you can keep the factory system functional and still meet your fuel demands with a good safety margin that would be the way to go.
