Default Dropping oil pan....

With a PA k-member. Can the pan be dropped without dropping the K-member or steering rack...If not what needs to be removed to do so. Need to replace some things in the bottom end. TIA.

I have a profab kmember and I have room to get mine out. Just watch the oil pickup tube. You might have to take out the two bolts holding the steering rack but that should be it.

Yes, there is two bolts in the back that go up into the rear cover but it will clear the trans no problem.

Sweet..I had heard to drop the k-member down a bit too, but was really looking to stay away from that...I need to change a rod and piston and instead of diving into it and removing a bunch of **** id rather talk to someone who's done this before for whatever reason and get in and get out in minimum time.
