Default bad seals, cam time

i think i have bad valve seals, so i think i'm gonna get a cam swap done the same time they get replaced. i have stock heads, stock clutch, and stock 3.42 rear. this is my daily driver, but i don't want small gains on a wimpy cam. as long as it doesn't die at red lights. i want to be able to surpass stock or lightly modified 2003 cobras, probably not pullied ones tho. i have mods in sig, and with the cam i will get new oil pump, asp pulley, double roller timing chain, ls6 intake, springs, retainers, pushrods, and the only thing i really need out of this, valve seals. so any suggestions on the cam? a graph would be great
