Humbled by a stock looking foxbody ON the way to Charlotte this morning, a stock looking gray foxbody pulls up to me and does a quick pull. I matched his speed and took off with him, from 65 to 110 he put 2 cars on me. He got back beside me gave me a thumbs up as I did him, humbled by the asskicking I got. I'll never misjudge a stock looking car again.

don't underestimate 5.0's. my buddy has a grey 87 lx notchback. it's the most simple looking car, with no mustang or 5.0 badging on it. it almost looks like one of those dodge aries (k-car) if you've ever seen one. with intake and a catted x pipe he went 13.8 on street tires. enough to surprise some LT1's. and when his cam and heads go on next month he'll have a car that will back up all his **** talking. luckily i'm around to remind him that it's still just a ford

no, did not spray him, decided to go with the h/c route. orders the headers a few days ago with the ory, cam will be ordered in 2 weeks prob when i decide b/t the g5x2 or the fm13, heads will be a while, as for power mods, nothing much but lid, exhaust and free mods, about all the susp goodies though minus shocks.ive come into a lil $$$$ thank god
