How to take powdercoating off??

Default How to take powdercoating off??

I got some relocation brackets in white(asked for black) and now I cant find the reciept. How do you take the paint off, so I can just paint them black. Thanks.

Scuff them with gray scotch bright and paint them with an epoxy like POR-15.
