I use 3M products. Light or Heavy Compound depending on depth of wet sanding marks. Follow up with Swirl Mark Remover and then Hand Glaze. Finish with Meguiar's NXT wax.

I did some light wet-sanding on a few spots on my car, followed by Menzerna Intensive Polish with a yellow pad on my PC polisher. Once the heavy scratches were removed (two passes), I stepped down to the orange pad with IP again and then finished with Menzerna Final Polish II with a white pad. Sealed and done. Came out looking great.
