You may need to increase your idle speed slightly, raise your low speed ve tables, and increase spark time at idle to smooth out low speed drivability. After that, adjust ve tables and maf calibration to correct a/f ratio. The factory power enrich is usually a little on the rich side for non-boosted applications. Also, remember that sometimes you can bring spark timing back up some after peak torque to extend your torque curve without detonating. You may also want to experiment with throttle cracker and other misc. settings to improve overall drivability and reduce low rpm surge under certain conditions.
