Nitrous issues. Hey guys,
I went to the track last night and had some issues while using nitrous. I would come out of the hole fine, go through 1st and 2nd gear fine, and as soon as I would shift into 3rd the a/f would go lean (I could feel the motor falling on it's face), then come back to normal. It did it twice in a row, so I stopped. It's probably timing/coincidence that it's happening as I'm shifting into 3rd.
Here's the setup.
Gen VI BBC
FAST ecu w/ wide band
NX Stage 6 plate (150hp jets, EFI pressure)
Stand alone fuel system, 43psi.
I do NOT have a fuel filter right now, so I'm thinking (hoping) there's something clogging the fuel jet.
I'm going up to Nitrous Express today and picking up a filter.
