You can approach this several ways, buy a stainless steel polish of some sort. What I did when i polished up my old Exhaust setup before i sold it, I used water w/ Steel wool, wiped it off with a wet rag, Fine emory cloth to get the road wear and tear off and get that grain to it that stainless has after it is machined, off the assembly line. (you may not need those steps since your exhaust is probably new but it helps) Then i used a stainless steel cleaner, along with some mothers Metallic polish. came out very very nice!
