Paint Bubbles... Just what I needed. A paint bubble. It's at the top of the hood and it hasn't popped yet. Is there anything I can possibly do to help this or to treat this?

Just to be sure, Do you really mean top of the hood over the engine area, or on top of the roof panel?
If it's the hood over the engine, first I've heard of this. If it's really the roof panel, There's a TSB for replacement, do a search on "roof bubbles TSB"
