it all started when i started my car and i notice the gauges weren't working. i checked the fuses and the power/accy fuse was blown, so i replaced it. but at night time my dashboard lights and HVAC lights don't turn on, my headlights work fine. the weird thing is is if i want to turn on my parking lights i can't, i can only turn on my headlights. i can't even turn on my foglights. i've checked all the other fuses inside the car and all of them seem to be fine. it seems that the IP Dimmer fuse is the one that lights up the dash and the HVAC, but that fuse is fine.

what else should i look into to fix this problem?
