Horn buttons dont work

Horn buttons dont work I have a 99 Z28 and the horn buttons on the steering wheel stopped working. The horn Does Work when you press the factory alarm remote. I checked all the fuses and their all in good shape. What should I try next? Can it be the Horn Relay in the fuse box under the hood?
