hp tuners and tire sizes

im getting some 18" rims on the back and am thinking about getting hp tuners. can i adjust the spedo with hp tuners?

Yes. Both HP Tuners and EFI Live allow for this.

Yup both allow this change... but as of now HPT is the only one that will work on your 98
