everything transfers over. But you need to tap a third hole for the alternator bracket. I think you need to go to a LS6 pcv system, but not sure.

Your oil pump should be fine. I'm not sure what else you'd like to transfer to the new 6.0 though. You're gonna need all new pistons/rods/crank due to the new bore/stroke. You could transfer the lifters if they were fine, but I'd probably recommend getting new ones b/c my next recommendation is a bigger cam. You're gonna have much better flow in the new engine to run that small of a cam. Man up and get something in the 244+/248+ region. Other than that, you can pretty much transfer everything in your mods list to the new one.

sorry ty_ty13, I thought you meant accesories and such. Artic is correct. If you have block only, you obviously need a 4.0 crank, new pistons, bigger cam, etc........

You actually don't need to tap the third hole, it's the second hole that you need to tap. The block only comes with one hole, but once you tap the second one, the alt bolts up fine and those two bolts provide plenty of support. You do need to switch to the LS6 PCV system. It's on ls1howto.com though. Very simple. Here's the link in case you're interested.

Just ask for the shop doing your block to tap it for you.
