Default misfiring

car seems to studder at a constant rpm, like if your are just crusing along at say 2krpm, it will studder like. it showed the code for o2 sensors, and multiple cylinder misfire. could this be because of the fat tune on the blower? or do you think plugs/wires will resolve it.
