Default Won't go into gear passed 5000 RPM's

Ever since I installed the heads and cam, my tranny won't shift into any gear with the RPM's over 5000...BUT, that only happens at the race track. On the street, it shifts fine. There's no grinding...it just feels like when the skip shift CAGS engages. It comes out of gear fine but no matter how hard I try and shift, it won't go in until my RPM's drop.

Also, does anyone else have a Moser 12-Bolt with 4.11's and a Spohn torque arm? I'm asking because I just installed the torque arm about 2 weeks ago and now instead of hearing the gear whine in the back of the car, it has moved to the shifter. It's so loud that people I talk to on the phone can hear it and can barely understand a word I'm saying. Anyone know of how to quiet the gears down or dampen the noise from the center console? It always sounded like I had a Coyote in the backseat now the damn thing is riding shotgun with me!
