Help! Hurst Shifter Install Hi, I bought a used hurst shifter (# 3910061) for my 1999 Trans Am, when i installed the shifter, It appears to hit the console in 5th, 6th and of course reverse. The console is from a 97 if that makes any difference? They looked identical, Did i somehow screw this easy install up? anyone know?
