help removing fine scratches and spider webs!!!

Default help removing fine scratches and spider webs!!!

the body isnt too bad but i have horrible spider webs and fine scratches on the black roof panel behind the ttops. i have just claybar'd the car and im trying to get these scratches out before i start my zaino process. i have already washed it with dawn twice....before and after the clay. i guess i will do so after compounding too. can anyone tell me a good way to get these scratches out??

Try the Zaino swirl remover that just came out, there's a thread in here with some results on a black car

I've not heard of Zaino but, I had a Black '93 Coupe for ten years and I always used Mirror Glaze Swirl Remover (#9 I think). Worked like a charm. Would use that then wax after. That car looked like black glass when I sold it couple years ago w/ 135k on the odo.

I agree Meguiars #9 or Meguiars ScratchX will also work well.

ScratchX is nothing but a filler. If you have spider scratches, zaino swirl remover wont do it. You are going to need atleast a porter cable and some 3M Perfect IT II(medium cut).
