Default 408 question

I am just getting my 408 built and was wondering if I will need an upgraded fuel pump to run this motor without spray of forced induction. Also would 42lb injectors be plenty of fuel to spray a 200 shot with a 255 walboro fuel pump.

I would recommend an upgraded fuel pump. You will need bigger injectors, but there is a formula to calculate exactly which size. Take a look in the Fuel & Injector section.

42lb should be easy to tune with a 408, you will need walboro 340 pump (ala Racetronix kit), and nitrous use will be fine if you use a wet kit. A dry 200 shot with a 408 and a single walboro is pushing it quite a bit....
