Doug & Mark take 1st Place
Yeah baby, we done good today. Doug & I both won 1st place in our catagory. Well, the one that counts anyway. 4th Gen Camaro & Firebird, voted on by our peers. And against some good competition. Disclaimer - Doug & TOdd were tied for 1st & they made some decision to figure out got the trophy. Most perverted owner I think....so I should have won both!
Anyway, thanks to all to came & visited. It was good to see everyone. And thanks to those who voted for our car. It means a lot to us when you guys think the TA looks good!
And beware all, we were told there are several 7 second imports running around. And the one we looked at was easily in the 11s. Yeah, right. Looked more like a 13 sec car to me. I know the Toyota sponsored car runs low 7s, trying to take the crown from the turbo stang that runs 6s, but the Toy keeps breaking, so he can't seem to win. Whatever...

Nope, no PSP today. Thank God!!! A WWF guy with a 68 400 Bird vert won best modified muscle car. Which surprised me since there were some NICE cars in that class. A certain blown big block 69 Camaro stands out in my mind.....but what do I know?
Ryans car looked good (ran pertty good on I 5 too I might add ) as did Steve's & Howards and.....****, even Bills cacr looked good. j/k buddy

Big congrats to Mark and Doug. I imagine it was a difficult choice between Dougs and Todds cars. Both are exceptional IMO. I'm not normally a show kind of guy, the truth is after about an hour I'm usually ready to go find a cool road or something But today for some reason I had a great time just sitting around and bullshitting with all you guys. We've got some class acts in this club whether your a show guy, a race guy, or a little of both. This club is one to be proud of. Now you bastards have got me thinking of all kinds of damn bling mods I fixed my diff cooler when I got home ( 2 crossed wires ) and now I'm ready to go polish something ( on the car perverts ! )

Congrats to Mark and Doug. I found it hard voting for the fourth gen Camaros. Each one looked stunning. So I voted for all of them ... just kidding .
I don't know if I should go and post up in the kill section or not. That Acura sure was no "7 second ricer."

I knew you couldn't resist an unprovoked, loud and abnoxious rev from a punk kid. I was feeling just a little fiesty. That was an awesome 2 second run. I was very impressed that I kept up with you as well as I did. Bummer you had so stop or you would've had "boat on a trailer" for dinner.
