Default oil consumption
i usually change out my oil every 3000 miles. i just checked my oil level and im about 900 miles from oil change. oil stick shows that oil level is just barely above the add mark. is this normal oil consumption? how much oil am i low(quart etc.)?

Checkout Thunder Racing web site and get their LS6 PCV conversion Kit to handle the oil comsumption problem.Its only for about 149 buck plus shipping.

5.5 quarts w/ long filter (pf59 i think) and yes my catch can does get some oil and some nasty gunky stuff
