Default Cant get the TPS Voltage to reset to zero.

I tried:

Key on, check V.
Adjust Set Screw
Key off
unplug TPS
key on
key off
plug TPS in
key on

It started at .55v, adjusted to .65 (way better on the idle). Went through that proceedure and it stays at .65v. I have been logging the idle parameters, and trying to get the idle down, but need to go farther with the set screw but can due to voltage overrun if I screw it out anymore. FWIW I already have a 1/4" hole drilled in this bitch, figure that would be good enough for the small 231/237 cam but nope!

I think if I can reset the TPS to read zero, or anything lower, I can adjust it some more, and get the IACs in line, then adjust the effective area table, then finish the RAF table and finally, hopefully be happy.

yup... .55/.65 volts or so is normal.. it won't go to zero... if the percent says 0% then you're good

Ok, I thought there was a certain V that once achieved it will start throwing codes or something? Guess not. So, I can read the V for a more accurate adjustment, and then % for reset confirmation? Cool.
