Hurricane Dennis Firts off, my prayers go out to all that will be effected by this CAT 4 storm.
The coverage of storms today is just awsome. I plan on sitting back this afternoon with a 6 pack and watch the events unfold
. Just amazing.
I hope the rain stays away from Western NC. We don't need any.

It looks like at least rain for everybody down here. Weather channel says at least 8in. before its over. Hopefully here in southern Alabama the wind won't get too bad.

I feel for you guys down in the panhandle area. We're gonna get some wind/heavy rain but not anywhere near what you guys further south are gonna get. Be careful.

No More Rain! Arrrgghh! Wasn't last week enuf. I guess I'm thankful that I'm not on the Panhandle.
I live in a historic neighborhood, and almost every time it storms, I lose power. However, on a positive note, I get caught-up on all of the things that one can do by candle light...like making the house smell good burning all those candles.
