Default hollow cat question

i am going to hollow out my cats on my 01 ta. i bought another set to hollow, but one of the studs is broken. i am going to have the codes deleted tomorrow, will it hurt to put on the hollow ones tonight? also, how hard is it to hollow the stock cats?

you'll just throw an SES lght, the rear o2's are for measuring that the cats are working properly, I'm going to be installing longtubes shortly and will not have the money for new hi po cats so in the meantime I'm just going to stare at that stupid light. Far as gutting them, just shove a nice big fat screwdriver in there and hit it with a hammer, you could use just about anything to break it up. Its not very hard to do.
