ATR catback???? Owners come inside!
I am needing a catback as I just got rid of my loudmouth. I am between Magnaflow, Hooker and ATR. I know very little about the ATR catback, I know the ATR GN exhaust is a great system but I know very little about the LS1 catback. I did not see a clip on LS1sounds and I am wondering how it sounds and looks. TIA Adam

I have it and loved it, but I am limited to 95db at 75ft where I autox. the ATR was over that at WOT, so I had to have a bullet muffler added to the I-Pipe and now I am below sound limits. The system is very well made, and sounded great. the way it is the pass side tailpipe is there for looks only as the muffler is a straight thru to the Dr side tailpipe. So at WOT it does get a bit loud.

With the mods you have listed the ATR will be WAY quieter than the LM. I have had one for 6 years. This was the 1st mod I did. It will be quiet at idle and at a cruise and get louder at WOT. This system flows better than any muffled cat bask I have seen. The fit and finish are great and it still looks new after 6 years.
Mine is still quieter than the LM with heads and cam. The sound is great imo deep rumble and not raspy like the LM or Borla. The passenger side pipe as stated above is more for overflow than anything else.
I would recommend this system. You will like it.
