Default Catching hell with HPtuner shift points?!?!?

Me and a buddy of mine are having major problems figureing out why my 1st-2nd shift point is shifting so low (5500-5800rpms WOT) The car will fall flat on it's face around these RPMS and then will shift into 2nd,bog then take off and shift fine from 2nd-3rd 6800rpms??? We played with moving the mph from 1st-2nd to 40mph then we bumped the shift point up to as high as 7500rpms just to see if we could tag the rev limiter but it never did. On 2 ocassions out of 5 we got the car to shift around 6300 but went back to 5500-5800 rpms afterwards and stayed there. What are we doing wrong with the 1st-2nd shift point? Our last conclusions were to look into flashing my 99 PCM into a 00 bin file to see if my PCM has a glinch in it. I do have a 1st-2nd shift selinoid code but i have had that for over 5 years now with no problems from it with my old Ed Wright tune.

is your bin on the depository or could you post it or at least screen shots of your settings so we can make sure your shift points are all correct.

Thanks

I'll get in touch with my buddy and see if he can post the logged runs and bin file.
