Default Calmap Question

My 97 Camaro has the version 6 Accell DFI computer and I have been experiencing the following problem. When the car has been driven long enough to get it warmed up and shut off it is very difficult to start. If the car sits for a few hours it fires right up. I had the electrical system checked out and everything was fine. The engine is a 383 stroker LT1 with a supercharger/intercooler. My guess is that one of the following is happening:

1. The cold start enrichment table is off. The values are:

Temp (F) Pulse Width (mS)
0 20.0
20 18.9
35 17.9
50 15.6
60 15.1
70 13.1
80 11.0
90 7.9
105 6.9
120 5.9
135 5.1
150 4.1
165 3.3
180 3.3
215 3.3
250 3.1

2. The cranking amps on the battery are too low. The battery in it right now has 720.

The car will crank over until the battery dies. I just don't know if the battery isn't giving the ignition enough spark to get the plugs to fire or if the computer is dumping too much fuel in. What do you guys think?
