troque converter bolts

i am trying to remove my 4l60e transmission from my 1999 trans am. i am having a problem getting to the troque converter bolts. there is not cover plate like on the older chevy.

take the starter off and remove the plastic torque converter cover...this will give you access to all TC bolts
