th350 or th400??
i have a 408 and was wondering if i should go with the turbo 350 since its a lot lighter and less rotating mass or the 400?? i have a 400 right now that just needs to be gone through...
i just cant decide if i want to get a shop to freshen up the 400 or get a new 350?? and someone was telling me that the 400's sometime shift on their own?? and the tranny shop said i could put a 700r tailshaft on either one and my speedometer would work?? is that true??
im going to drive around town in my car, not very much, but i just care about my e.t. and which one will hold, im sure just a stock rebuilt 350 would handle it huh?? thanks for any help, i just cannot make up my mind!!!

If you just care about ET and don't mind pulling and refreshing it every year or two...go t350. I had to make the same decision and went t400 because I can beat on it for at least 5 yers with street miles before I touch it.....bet there's not more than 0.10 difference either way....but if you're going for that last 0.10 go t350.
