Headers/Nut coming loose

Headers/Nut coming loose Noticed yesterday this slight knocking.....But wasn't a knocking simply was the passenger side header......Seemed to me that the front nut on the header where it connectes to the gasket then engine came loose....I've no idea why this happened.....I corrected it and tightened the nut....Any Ideas on why it did this?????
