if i were to have left out 3 coil pack bolts.. could that cause false knock?

Default if i were to have left out 3 coil pack bolts.. could that cause false knock?

on the passenger side.... i noticed i had left out half the coil pack bolts.. i know ppl leave out the very back one..

but i left out enuff to where it rattled adn took some of the paint off the valvecovers? this cuase false knock adn pull timing?

someone suggested when i was having trouble at the track the computer was pulling timing

i have left those bolts out for over a year with no problems.

No, the knock sensors pick up sound at 6300hz or something like that.

I threw those same bolts in the street over 5 yars ago. No Knock.

Do you NKOW that your had knock? If so, check for headers banging on crossmember, could also be caused by wheelhop(at least this was a cause in my old GTP), etc
