Mild case of hit and run question
My co-worker got bumped in the rear with no damage to her vehicle and the woman keeps driving off. Co-worker catches up and asks her through her window (did you know you just hit me?) and the lady replies (yes, but it didn't do any damage.) and she went on her merry way. My question is should she report her for a hit and run and can anything be done by law or is it just going to be taken down as information on that driver? She was asking me and I have never been in a wreck (knock on wood)....

I would. I hope your co-worker got the plate number. I wouldn't trust her "no damage" x-ray vision estimate.
If nothing else, press charges for leaving the scene. Since your co-worker has spoken to her, all he has to do is to be able to pick her out of a lineup.

It's a judgement call I would be upset, but if there really is no damage it would be very useless IMO. You would waste your time filling the complaint for no monitary reason, and who knows if the other person would really learn anything any way. Good luck on what ever you/co-worker decide.
