QTEC Cutout butterfly valve gone... I noticed a bad rattling sound around the cutout location and checked it out. The butterfly valve thing had rattled right off of the rod it sits on. The rod that moves the butterfly is fine but the butterfly is gone. Has this happened to anyone? How can i fix it? The motor still works and the rod still turns. Thanks
