can u install the oem cd changer to any radio hey guys on my 98 ss i have the 12 disc cd changer from factory.i was wondering if i can run this changer on a regular after market radio?

Ive never seen any harnesses for that.
If it was the other way around (factory head unit with FM modulated cd changer) then it would work.
But in your case it would be alot more trouble then its worth.
