horn/mute button problem

Default horn/mute button problem
My horn and mute button will intermittently work, any ideas what is causing this?

maybe dirty? rip that bitch apart and clean the contacts with some distilled water ... with the battery disconnected of course. Other than that something may be loose? I dunno wait around for a more qualified answer :-p
