anyone in houston work for cingular I am wanting to switch over from nextel to cingular, and i was wondering if anyone had a hookup on cingular service. i am wanting to do this pretty soon so any help is definitely appreciated. thanks

I work for them, but not in Houston, and I don't have access to any deals as I don't work in sales. Sorry. Good choice though, and best of luck. 
You can even keep your current number. As your current provider about wireless local number portability. I believe it is free, or very cheap.
If you wait a couple months, UMTS (3g cellular) will be commercially available.

Chaos what's up bro, I'm Michael's (Whiteman) brother. I work at the Cingular store off of Memorial and Dairy Ashford. Unfortunately I'm not able to discount the cost of the rate plan or the phone but I can comp you some accessories.
