Default How do i check how much my heads have been milled?

bought a used set of 853 casting heads that had some work done to them from a former sponsor, supposedly the intake valve is a 2.02 and that the heads have been milled, but I dont know how much.

How can i check how much they have been shaved? The heads are not in my possession now, but I can probably habve them checked, can I just measure the height of the head from the deck? from what point? and if so, what is the stock measurement?

I need to find out what pushrod length to use, I have 7.400" now, and also what gasket (but i do have nib stock gaskets).

thanks in advance,
Miki
