For the F-body, there aren't many choices.

Many people are happy with ATI's Procharger and Vortech systems, ATI being the more popular. Search for information on either of those.

ATI procharger would be the way to go, I feel. I have a D1SC on my 2000 ws6 which makes 802fwhp @ 12psi @7100rpms... I have not had a chasis dyno on it yet. I will in a few weeks tho. I will post the rwhp when I get her tuned. Hope this helps.

The ATI ProChargers are the best superchargers on the market in my opinion. Their air to air intercoolers are very efficient, and allow higher boost levels because of their efficiency.
ATI ProChargers self contained oil feature means there is no poking a hole into the oil pan to run a return line, as there is on other brands. Not sharing the engines oil means there is no way for either the engine or the supercharger to contaminate each other.

Here is my installed price on an ATI ProCharger D-1SC.

Here are three cars that we have installed ATI ProChargers on.

If you build your motor for a blower, you can easily weld on a bung for an oil return line, so having a self-contained oil system is less of an advantage. I prefer the Vortechs for the street, and have been happy with their service.
