Remote wire hook up on stock radio!!! HELP!

Remote wire hook up on stock radio!!! HELP! I have a Jeep Wrangler 
...and putting a small audio system in it...trying to use the stock radio. I have already tried Jeep forums for this but all they talk about is big tires, and tall lift kits 
... I pulled the stock radio out and there are two little things with about 5 wires coming out of each...then 2 more wires 
. Can i hook up the remote wire to any of these or should i hook it up through the fuse box? I figures some of you must have tried this before on a stock radio before so its worth a shot 
.... If i should hook it up through the fuse box...can someone tell me how(step-by-step) to do it. 
I have never done that before 
and maybe pictures would help too!!!
