Default few questions on building up my motor

This winter i want to put some forged componets in the motor so i can run between 650-800 RWHP (nitrous fed)

well first is it worth increasing the bore and not the stroke to get a few more cubes for power? how much does that cost? what about increasing compression?(this will be a nitrous car no FI)

second i was thinking of getting forged pistons and arp rod bolts, and just getting the stock rods treated cause i hear they can take lot of power, what options do i have to treat my rods? pros and cons of the different methods?

third do i need to do anything else with the engine to make it hold 650-800 like bearings? I will not be upgrading the crank(unless it makes alot of sense to go BIG like 427ish with a stroker motor but i am trying to keep cost down)

so my first goal is to build the motor stong to handle alot of spray, then i will be enterting more expensive alternitives like increasing cubes for power or just stroking the heck out of it.

thanks for your help =)
