Cracked headlight wetsand didn't work 2 well... help asap!

Cracked headlight wetsand didn't work 2 well... help asap! I can't get any pics up at the moment but, I did 400 then 800 then 1500 "Imperial Wetordry" paper... worked great no more cracks then I polished/waxed with everything I had and they are still horribly foggy (kind of scuffed looking)! I followed the sticky at the top until the polish part, reason being was I ordered that 3 step polish about 2 weeks ago and it still hasen't come in!
Any quick help would be greatly appreciated!

yeah, they will look like that since they are basically scratched to hell from the sandpaper. The polish takes out the light scratches left and clears everything up... you definitely need it.
