Default does 2000 silverado have an LS1?

I am looking at buying an ls1 that is claimed it came out of a 2000 silverado, yet I never heard of any truck with an ls1 in it. Can anyone help me out?

Thanks

Silverados came with the 4.8L and 5.3L which I believe both are Ls1 blocks. I am not totally 100% sure but a buddie of mine had a 4.8L in his truck and it was a ls1 block!

If it's the truck engine some of the parts from the LS1 will bolt on (heads, intake) it's based on an LS1, but the heads, intake, and front accys are different

It's similar, but it does have some differences, it'll bolt in place of an LS1, so the mounts are the same, and the heads and intake will exchange, the front accys need some bolt holes drilled and tapped(LS1 to truck), if you go to the truck section they can tell you better than I can

Ok, some clarification. Just talked to the guy again. Its not an ls1 its an lm7, and its not a 5.7 its a 5.3. Nice ad...

Thanks for all the help.
