Default Tune- Compensate for Fuel Pressure Drop

I have a boosted F-body that has a custom tune using HP tuners. I recently installed a fuel pressure gauge and the PSI falls to 42 under boost at RPM. Pulling the O2 values using A-tap shows a momentary dip into the 880's, but a quick recovery into the 920's until redline. If I add a boost harness to the pump (Casperss), will I have to go back in and get the car retuned? Another way to ask the question is that I am assuming that the tuner put more fuel in on cell 22 under boost, so if I have more fuel pressure, will the car have too much fuel and require a tuning adjustment?
