Default Spots on my paint (pics)

A few days ago I noticed a grey spot on my hood. Today while washing the car, I found more spots on the fender and bumper that are fainter than the one on the hood. Looks like something splashed on my car while driving. Any ideas how to get this off?

Looks like some really hard water stains (anyone with well water that they use to water the lawn)
Try some vinegar, then a claybar

Looks like bird crap to me... Well at least after you clean it off. I had a spot on my hood thatwas like that and just some good buffing took it off. Does it feel different from the rest of the paint around it
